The flow will go as follows 3:30 arrival and tea come in with quiet voices and an open heart. Please remove shoes . Find your spot along the walls edge and set your blanket and mat down. Grab some tea and arrive . At 3:50 please start the transition to your mats for the sound bath. have all tea cups on the counter out of the way. 4:00-5:00 sound bath and toning. 5:00- 5:30 soup and chill.

Children are welcome if they are able to be in a meditative environment and respectful of others experience and how our sound matters.
A simple soup and tea will be provided
Bring a yoga mat , water bottle and blanket to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath.
